To install it you have to copy the folders from the archive to the right places:
Champions League 2021.vpx AND ChampionsLeague2021.UltraDMD in folder C:\Visual Pinball\Tables
ChampionsLeague in C:\Visual Pinball\Music

Great game, lots of fun!  I put the music folder in the Visual Pinball\music folder, but no music.  Would be a much better experience to hear the crowds cheering on shots.  Anybody figured out the issue?
