left column PlayLists Home: Visual Pinball X/Settings/Media
/Drag and Drop them, to their specific location: Playfield / Backglass

Other replacements, must be first of all
renamed exactly, like the original titles
example for My favorites:

VPX My favorites Playfield.mp4, once renamed, go here:
Installation folder: vPinball/PinUPSystem/POPMedia/
Default/Playfield/ the original is named: pl_favs.mp4

VPX My favorites Backglass.mp4, once renamed, go here:
Installation folder: vPinball/PinUPSystem/POPMedia/
Default/Backglass/ the original is name: pl_favs.mp4

*** The name may not be the same for you
because I really messed with my POPMedia files...
hence the importance of making a backup
especially if you don't like it!
you can then put everything back in place

For -Welcome (Auto-Play Intro Media)
Create a new playlist
at the root of Pinup Popper Setup:

Pinup Popper Setup/Game manager/Playlist Config/
left column, right click on: PlayLists Home
create and name, a new Playlist exactly: StartUP

You will then have, like this:

-PlayLists Home
 StartUP
 Future Pinball
 Visual Pinball X
 New (I renamed it like this, I think it was: Play List)
