Table keeps crashing fresh install windows

So i have been upgrading my cab recently and switched from HDD to SSD HD to 4k And win 7 TO win 10. I have a table that before the upgrades ran very well, Now that i have upgraded and reinstalled windows 3 times and the game many many time with admin rights the table still crashes. its driving me nuts and hoping someone can help me here.  Below is the crash log

Are you using the all in 1 Installer?

Did you Install at the C:\\ level and not under programs etc (helps with permissions on Windows 10) 

Anything or games work, or is it just 1 game?
