This is very very good. Fantastic graphics and physics. What a dream it would be to have those physics in some of the old tables. Thank you, Sir!

Odd.

When using the ledwiz I get a script error on line 581 Subscript out of range "I".

Any suggestions ?

Other than that, pretty awesome table !

Really looking forward to this but crashes VP 9.14 for some reson.  Gives me a message about not being able to "create texture offscreen surface" twice then the program crashes.  Anyway to fix this?

Also, any chance of a desktop version of this?  It does look great from what I can see before the program crashes.

try limiting texture sizes in vp settings to 1024

sounds like you don't have enough gfx ram maybe

Did you run latest led wiz config tool? There was a bug in the config tool.

Well, that surprised me.  I'm running GTX460s in SLI and hadn't run into that problem before.  Makes me wonder whether my 8800GT 512 will do a decent job with many of the VP tables.  All these games have made me decide to build a mini-pin cab (2 monitor: 22" and 17" since its all I have) until I can afford to build the full sized beast.  That will likely be this fall when the sons go to college and we have the room.  Now to figure out the whole setup process to get HyperPin running, FP tweaked and VP all friendly with 2 monitors and the media stuff.  Like I need more shit to learn.

Any suggestions for great posts on this subject, respond to me privately, until then google is my friend.

And for the table, it's great player1!

Really nice Table thanks a bunch Player1!  Table is pretty smooth on my older system, maybe just a little motion blur was introduced when I added the UVP backglass.  I bet it will run perfect with a B2S backglasss, hopefully one with a grill option as well. :)

The B2S I created works, but I really have to re-do it.  Too much flashy stars.

Thought we had someone working on Ledwiz config for this. Anyone?

Thought we had someone working on Ledwiz config for this. Anyone?

I already finished it yesterday on Pixels site. (mind you it produces the wrong rom wrldtou where it should be wrldtou2)

But when I launch this table I get that error I mentioned earlier this thread.

There is an update for the VPU configuration tool. I haven't got to check if that solves it.

Degoor was waorking on it, Angrim just sent me a pm that he was working on it and now Numiah.

wrldtour,B,0,0,ON,S4,S5,S2,S12/S6,S48/S1,S46/S9,S3,0,S14,S14,0,S26,S22 White,S21 White,S19 White/S20 Red,S24 White,S23 White,0

Numiah, please check it. It should solve your issue.

I just tried Al's Garage band with forcefeedback enabled and I did get that error

When using the ledwiz I get a script error on line 581 Subscript out of range "I".

I had to rem that line out for table to work. I updated the Alvin G rom name to the correct one that this table is useing in the config tool.  Now everyone who generates a new config will get this error. Question is why? What is this line doing to cause this error?

The  "w1.image=Turn(I)" is the problem. I know nothing about table coding, I am hoping someone could help understand why ledwiz isnt liking this line.

'changes ramp texture to current position in array
     w1.image=Turn(I)

Try making these changes...

'create array of textures'

'Turn=Array("ALWHEEL1","ALWHEEL2","ALWHEEL3","ALWHEEL4","ALWHEEL5","ALWHEEL6","ALWHEEL7","ALWHEEL8")'

'Init Array'

I=1 '<---Change to 1 from 0, can comment out the array above, or you can leave it... either way, it's fine

'**************************'

'start animation'

Sub TTTimer_Timer

'changes ramp texture to current position in array'

w1.image="ALWHEEL" & I '<----------- Change this line'

'refreshes new texture on ramp'

wlight.state=1

'update next frame of animation'

I=I+1

'reset to first frame'

If I>8 Then I=1 '<----------- And this line'

'resets texture to first'

w1.image="ALWHEEL" & I '<----------- And this line'

'updates new texture on ramp'

wlight.state=0

End Sub

why cant led wiz handle the array ?

Took a quick look at the ledcontrol.vbs... I don't think it is so much the array as it is that the ledcontrol.vbs also uses I as a variable. So while my adjustments above remove the error, there may still be issues otherwise unseen because of the quick update of the animation...

To test this out, I would instead just change the I variable to something else like 'IM' and try it out with ledwiz enabled...

'declare variables'

dim Im, Turn '<--------Change I to Im here...'

'create array of textures'

     Turn=Array("ALWHEEL1","ALWHEEL2","ALWHEEL3","ALWHEEL4","ALWHEEL5","ALWHEEL6","ALWHEEL7","ALWHEEL8")
'Init Array'
     Im=0           '<-------- and here...'

'**************************'

'start animation'

   Sub TTTimer_Timer

'changes ramp texture to current position in array'
	w1.image=Turn(Im)           '<-------- and here...'

'refreshes new texture on ramp'
	wlight.state=1

'update next frame of animation'
	Im=Im+1                     '<-------- and here...'

'reset to first frame'
	If Im>7 Then Im=0           '<-------- and here...'

'resets texture to first'
	w1.image=Turn(Im)           '<-------- and here...'

'updates new texture on ramp'
	wlight.state=0

   End Sub

And if that doesn't work, then it might actually be the array... I just don't know and can't test it out.

thanks koadic for chiming in on this.

i don't use an ledwiz either atm so i cant reproduce this error. but would love to find out why this is happening to remove it in the future as popeye uses this method for the animation of the skill shot spinning wheel.

i cant see why the array would be the issue, it makes sense that it could be the variable "i" if its being declared and used in the ledwiz.vbs

Phil.,

I just tested and it works. So just change the variable name as the latest post.
