gunner
Can anyone tell me how to edit the palette files (.pal) used to color the virtual DMD via freezy's dll? The ones in the altcolor folder. I did a quick search but didn’t see any clear info. Would like to change the colors on some of them. Star Wars DE for instance. I had a nice blue/white/yellow scheme going before with the pinmame method and I'd like to recreate that. Thanks!
slydog43
I think you can use a program named pin2dmd.exe. I have never done it and just wondering myself. Hopefully someone will chime in with more info. I just tried and yes you can mod/create palette files with pin2dmd.exe.

gunner
Thanks I downloaded that before I posted the question but couldn't see how to just edit a palette file. It appears to be more for animations. I couldn't even figure out how to import a .pal file. I've since discovered if you delete the altcolor folder that belongs to a table then the virtual dmd will read your pinmame color settings.
