benird Posted July 25, 2016 Share Posted July 25, 2016 Hi All, This is just a quick introduction to say hi and let everyone know that I'm about to start my 1st video Pinball cab. That said i'm really excited to have this project starting. I'm jumping in with both feet and I'm going to be rather ambitious with wanting to have an analogue plunger interface and a DMD using probably PIN2DMD. I've got a background in coding so hopefully I'll stay floating. I've been playing around with a number of Visual Pinball tables recently converting the plungers to something that may work with the analogue plunger but only time will tell. I thank you all for any assistance you may provide me with in the coming days/weeks/months/year(?) as I'm sure this will be a great project full of success but also one filled with frustration. benird Posted September 2, 2016 Author Share Posted September 2, 2016 It would be great but after about 15 ours of trolling through tables I've now got 366 tables working with the analogue plunger to varying degrees, most of them the animation works great, it's really nice to see only a few programming standards used so after a while it became a very easy process. Thanks for the well wishes, it's going along well just waiting on the last few parts to arrive and then I'll be getting into final routing of the panels to fit the glass, rails, lock bar, etc before starting assembly.
