AndersE Posted April 23, 2016 Share Posted April 23, 2016 I am getting to that point where i want to get the stern roms look normal. What i understand Stern roms are 16 color (shades) and not really in color, but just 16 shades of orange/blue/green or whatever. Am i right? And i am not just yet interested in full color displays, i just want the roms to look ok, not like they look now. Now it looks like 2 shades display with a lot of shades missing. Is the correct way to store an 16 color map on the sd card, and then modify the vp code to load the new palette? And what really is this: - Ultra DMD- XDMD I haven't got the hang of all yet, what the diffrence is and what it's for and used. For example: i have "americas most haunted" working with pin2dmd, but the colors is wrong. Youtube videos show that this is also a green (16 shades?) display originally.
