Stern Sound Is Statickiy And Popping

Ok, I have been trying to track this issue down for a while now. But most, if not all Stern tables have static and popping in the audio.

IT seems to get worse When it would be powering LEDs and other toys. However, it still does this when I do not enable B2S. When the Table LEDs come on, the static gets worse.

 

I have loaded the latest vpinmame.dll and Sam.VBS file. I have run the setup.exe again and made sure everything is set right. I have updated video and sound drivers. I have tried with a second sound card. I have tried with head phones, to rule out interference in the cabinet itself.

 

I just really do not know what else to try.

 

Any suggestions?
