  1. Sorry not even sure what that file is for. Are you using b2s for pbx? I do not have a b2s xml. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Just recently grabbed a 970 reference for $120 on eBay in great condition. There's deals to be had since the 10 series are out. For the crashing the only thing I could think to double check is that all dll files between pbx and dmddevice are unblocked and all exe as administrator Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Since you just got the cab... do you happen to have script files also located in your table folder? I for some reason(probably the way I updated it since vpx comes with an old? Dmdext?)also had to put it in both locations. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. At this point it may be easier to make attempts using command line to test your positions first. Then adjust the ini. Haven't had any crashes loading from either vpx, or PBx. @Thalamus may have a much better answer for you at this point. He is a god among us when tweaking these... And yes also no crashes for Metallica loading from anywhere. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I hear ya...you guys helped me so much I felt the need to dig in and assist while it was fresh. And yes...great point that I shouldn't use "all". That said earlier in the thread I mentioned my issues with GS3 systems. So omitting particular tables is also available. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. The dmddevice ini allows you to tell x and y position as well as size for the dmdext window. Making the changes here will make all tables launch it at the given position. Just go edit in notepad and save. You might have to close out visual pinball each time as it check the location. VP is needed to be closed and reopened each time a change is made. 7. You are correct. It's rather new, the configuring I think is a sickness. It never ends Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Sorry for the horrible screen grabs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yes external is what gives you the virtual. Since dmdext is mirroring your vpm and you had it purple it will ultimately interfere. And yes on this table I'd agree that I enjoy the red a bit more. I do wonder what coloring the vpm in red would do to it since it's closer than purple if that makes any sense. If you've patched your roms correctly you should see colors like these Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Here's the only bit of color I've found for TWD. Personally I'm not sure if I like this or just an all blood red dmd... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. No color patch to TWD just the pal file. Looks nice and is 4 color I believe. I can post a pic of it this evening. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Mine works/looks great in virtual as is all I have as well. Only file there that I've seen that needs actual hardware is shrek. Couldn't answer on dmc files. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I'm also using the 2.9 beta for SAM. Also found at vpu thanks Carny! I've only noticed my gottlieb system 3 has issues from dmddevice.dll but is known and freezy has been too busy to fix yet. I've excluded those from the pin2dmd. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Use external and check colorize. Then restart the table. Here's Metallica on a virtual dmd(monitor) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. The folders in the altcolor folder is named to match your rom name. Within those folders will be "pin2dmd.pal" Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
