    Pin2Dmd Colorprism V2.0 Firmware

So finally found time to test with DE 128x16 games. (firmware 2.55) Here are my conclusions, if it can help somebody : - CHECKPOINT and TMNT (512K display prom) : ENHANCER must be OFF Only 2 colors found used, No 1 in palette for background and No 16 for animations and text - BATMAN, STAR TREK and HOOK : ENHANCER must be ON 4 colors found, additional No 2 and No 5 in palette used in various animations. Remarks : - I Don't make extensive game play tests, so it's possible I dont see all colors used. - Sometime you should validate color change in palette more than one time in pin2dmd.exe before it is used - In Batman I see some animations wich are not correctly displayed

    Pin2Dmd Colorprism V2.0 Firmware

Yes I test with Batman. It seems I have default colors from VGA Palette (black, white, red and blue), but I don't understand what number between 1 and 16 to change in the palette. I tried to modify custom palette with pin2dmd.exe in dataEast mode (Changed white to Orange). When I copy pin2dmd.pal on sd card the colors remains unchanged, the main color is always white.

    Pin2Dmd Colorprism V2.0 Firmware

Wow, a response from Dominik... I tried to communicate for several weeks with you, mails, what'sapp.... no response ! I am still waiting for a 64x64 p2 panel exchange. I already make the test, but I can't change colors because pin2dmd.exe don't manage 128x16. I know it's beta for the moment.

    Pin2Dmd Colorprism V2.0 Firmware

Well I should correct what I said. In fact the palette is correctly loaded when I put the panel back in the wpc95 pinball, It's just the PIN2DMD logo and the palette displayed when the panel is powered on that don't show correct colors as before. Thank's

    Pin2Dmd Editor

Hi ! I notice different problems using editor 1.0.20 : - The colors to modifiy for dmd panel are the colors 1,2,5 and 16. That's ok for modifying the default palette in real pinball (WPC95 Scared Stiff for tests). But in editor, when usind a dump from same pinball, the colors displayed are not the same (Perhaps 1,2,4 and 6 or Something like this). What can I change for displaying correct colors in editor ? - I use a PinballSP board with wifi module, but I can't use it in editor (error message)? I am not sure if wifi is supported, and if yes how to configure IP adresse or hostname ? - I notice some 'glitters' (not sure of the English word for this...) for some animations, quick color change, like on this video : https://www.dropbox.com/s/yt4u3ewh6w8xhrm/IMG_4559.MOV?dl=0 Is it Something I can do for this (except use a one color palette) Last thing, but on pin2dmd.exe : crash everytime I send data to the board (for example palette change). Change is correctly send to the board, but I need to restart exe after each change made. Thank's
