The card itself is available at Inkochnito's, assembled, vectorized, and colored in Illustrator. This pack also includes the factory shotmaps extracted directly from the PDF using xpdfbin and dropped into Flash containers. Coinage card included (US currency). These required redrawing and replacing the original button graphics found on the PDF. Vector-based logo found on Wikipedia. Replaced the raster-based logo on the card with this one. Also exported to PNG for a hi-rez wheel image. Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the brochure published at sternpinball.com using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
