Batman 66 (Stern 2016) HPMP
By CarnyPriest
Includes a reproduction of the English language factory card (Premium/Limited Edition). 99% of the credit goes to pinball-universe.de. I simply added the correct part number based on my own reference images. Type and layout in Adobe Illustrator. Assembly using GIMP. The card is available in both SWF and 300dpi PNG formats.
A huge ultra hi-rez logo was extracted directly from sternpinball.com. It is included as an ultra hi-rez wheel image.
I used that image to make a trimmed down alternate wheel image. It is still ulta hi-rez and also included.
Reference images were from photos I took of a machine at Pinballz (original location) in Austin, TX. https://pinballz.com/
Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
You can find a very nice looking German language card at pinball-universe.de. There is nothing for me to change with it.
No coin cards included in this pack. Machines were distributed with Topp Batman TV Series trading cards as the other card on the apron:
https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/post-your-batman-66-trading-cards
You can find plenty of these card images on Google, ebay, pinside.com, archive.org, etc.
Special thanks to Inkochnito for being the original host for card reproductions.

Factory card logo was extracted from the manual. It is included as an ultra hi-rez vector based wheel image.
A huge ultra hi-rez logo was extracted directly from sternpinball.com. It is included as an ultra hi-rez wheel image.
I drew "fantasy" versions of the instruction cards around the very nice sternpinball.com logo.

Spider-Man Vault Edition (Stern 2016) Media Pack
By CarnyPriest
This is the same as the pack I published here - http://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/spider-man-vault-edition-media-pack/
except this one has a vector-based reproduction of the factory card rather than a photo. Type and layout in InDesign. Assembly, vectorization, and colorization to simulate print out on Solar Yellow stock in Adobe Illustrator.
Playfield image is the same as the one I traced for Spider-Man Classic but heavily modified to better match the reference image. I've included the Flash export for this but it wound up being a very complex image and it takes a long time to load. The faster loading version has the modified playfield re-rasterized at 300 ppi.
Found a vector-based logo on Wikipedia and modified it to match the card. This in turn was used to create a new ultra hi-rez wheel image. I have also included the old version from the previous pack.
Fonts are Gothic, courtesy freefontsfamily.com, and Helvetica, courtesy ephifonts.com.
Took my own photos of a machine at Parlor and Yard or whatever is in that space now. And that is the source for a hi-rez image of the Spidey line art. Cleaned up using GIMP.
Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
Thanks to Pinballnews.com for a reference image and as usual, thanks to Inkochnito for hosting the Spider-Man Classic factory cards.

KISS (Stern 2015) Media Pack
By CarnyPriest
Includes reproductions of factory instruction cards, two English language cards (presumably pre-production and final production cards) plus one German language card. A coin card is also included (US currency only). Graphic elements processed with GIMP. Type and layout produced with Adobe InDesign. Some more graphics work, assembly, vectorization, and colorization to simulate print out on Solar Yellow stock all produced in Adobe Illustrator.
The basis for the German market KISS logo came from a glyph in The KISS font package: http://www.pickafont.com/fonts/The-KISS-Font.html. I updated the logo in Illustrator to better reflect the current logo style with rounded S's. Made a wheel image from the results and colored it like the US market logo. The US market logo came straight from Wikipedia (https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Kiss_Logo.svg). And the US wheel image is simply a PNG conversion of the source vector-based image.
Star icons copyright flaticon and made available through Creative Commons license v3.0. Distributed here: http://www.freepik.com
Fonts - Helvetica Neue thanks to ephifonts.com and dafontfree.net; Aldo the Apache by AJ Paglia and distributed by DaFont; the ampersand glyph is Filmotype Meredith designed by Rian Hughes and modified by me (thanks to freevectorart24h.blogspot.com).
Flyers, raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
Special thanks to Scott Tiesma and PAPA.org for the KISS rulesheet. This document has an excellent card reproduction. The pre-production card is essentially a reproduction of this image. And the band member likenesses were taken from there. Special thanks to stefanaustria (STAT) for helping me out by typing out the text of the German card. Special thanks to Pinball Universe and IPDB for German card reference images; and pinballnews.com for reference images; and as always Inkochnito for distributing the coin cards. Production version image came from the Limited Edition flyer by Stern Pinball.

Pack contains vector-based reproductions of the factory cards, There is a Limited Edition card and what I suppose is a Pro card. There is also a promo card that was used at the Chicago Auto Show. Type and layout used InDesign. Some graphics work used GIMP. Assembly and simulation of print out on Solar yellow stock used Illustrator. Appropriate coinage card also included (US currency only).
Shotmaps also included. Images extracted using xpdfbin and dumped into Flash containers.
Fonts include Serpentine by Dick Jensen and obtained at fontsonline.net and Xolonium v2.0 by Severin Meyer, available under GNU GPL 2.0 with my own minor but noticeable modifications to better match the reference image.
Vector-based Stern logo nabbed from the Batman manual.
Vector-based Ford oval logo is from Wikipedia.
Special thanks to Dozer and 85vett for their fine tables from which I extracted a car image. Best I could find.
A good era appropriate car image found on Pinterest, posted on the account of carrentingreviews was used in the promo card. Made my best attempt to convert to sketch. So, not exactly genuine.
HD Mustang badge image from autoware.com.au and traced to vector to use as a logo. Ultra hi-res image of the pony badge from Fathead and simply scaled down for use in the cards. The Mustang badge was modified a bit in Illustrator and combined with the pony badge in GIMP to make an ultra hi-res wheel image.
I've also included the wheel images I first pubished here. I still like them a lot.
Raw images extracted from the flyers available at Stern's website and losslessly converted to PNG.
Thanks to ninuzzu for extracting a card image for me from Stern Pinball Arcade.
Thanks to Pinballnews.com, autoblog.com, Jason Rufer and IPDB.org for additional reference images and assets.

I included the hi-rez flyer scan from http://flyers.cdyn.com/ but I think I prefer the image extracted from the factory brochure PDF from sternpinball.com.

WWF Royal Rumble (Data East 1994) Media Pack
By CarnyPriest
I made reproductions available on the PinballX FTP, but I found that for the factory PDF hosted by Inkochnito, Acrobat had automatically replaced Helvetica with Arial. Yes, they are close but Arial is not Helvetica! This pack has new versions of the factory PDF with the correct font and WWF and Data East logos replaced with vector-based versions. Refreshed the standard card and the alternate wide body card. No change required for Inkochnito's own reproduction. Edits and assembly used Illustrator. Appropriate coinage card also included.
Helvetica fonts obtained at ephifonts.com.
Data East vector-based logo based on one created by Tapule available at http://vectorlib.free.fr.
WWF logo traced from Inkochnito's own reproduction.
Found a high resolution version of the old style WWF logo on Pinterest. member murrayrhoads9. I'll throw that in for a wheel image.
300dpi scans of the flyer courtesy
http://flyers.cdyn.com/
Stern published a series of infographics on Facebook celebrating 30 years of business. I included the one for WWF Royal Rumble. There are two versions, one with some extra trivia and the other is just the infographic. Both included. I use these as additional flyer images.
Special thanks to Inkochnito for hosting the factory PDFs.

Logo came from worldvectorlogo.com.
Fonts - Helvetica thanks to ephifonts.com and Astounder by Nate Piekos and Blambot.com, downloaded from download-free-fonts.com.
Huge thanks to ninuzzu for extracting a great reference image from the TPA table. I pulled some graphic elements from that image. It would have been pretty rough without it.
Special thanks to Pinballnews.com for a playfield image which had the 30th anniversary promotional card and a playfield insert decal image that I could copy off and use in the card. As always thanks to Inkochnito for the coin cards.
The additional images come from Stern's Ghostbusters Basic Guide and from JP's Ghostbusters Slimer ruleset. Images were just dumped straight from the PDF to Flash using pdftools.
Flyers - raw image extracted directly from the factory PDFs using xpdfbin and converted to lossless PNG using ImageMagick.
Wheel images in turn extracted from the flyer images and cleaned up using the GIMP.
