    Stern Avengers Pro
Enjoy the lightshow. Don't give hulk the shiny metal ball, he doesn't like it...
Open the table script and review the table options at the top. You can specify DMD color, GI lighting, Backglass and DMD options. Default is Red DMD with RGB GI bulbs. You can tone down the table by switching to the all white GI bulbs and/or turning off the GI animation (not authentic)
    Special thanks to:
85vett for supplying pics for this build and test feedback.
VPUniverse - Dazz and its active members for VP help and table testing
No blank playfield or separate plastics were available for the build, so let's just say it was a challenge. Hope you like it
    * This table requires Vpinmame SAM version and sam.vbs found here: http://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/2480-vpinmame-sampindmdunity-unified-version/
    * Rom is available at the Stern website. Rename .bin file to avg_140.bin and rename zip to avg_140.zip. Remove the readme.txt file from the zip

  2. Playboy (Bally 1978)nude mod

    Hallo everybody
Here's to you a "nude" version of Playboy (Bally 1978)
I took inspiration from nude versions of Elvira and the Party Monsters (Bally 1989) and Creature from the Black
Lagoon (Bally 1992) and most of all from a post of the forum very unsatisfied from this "too dressed" and "not too
    Playboy" pinball

    NOTICE
My work does NOT want to offend anyone
The files include images of naked girls, even if they are simple drawings.
Therefore if you do not agree, please just don't download them.
Download and use files only if you are an adult.
    And don't flame me!
    WHAT YOU WILL DOWNLOAD
A Zip file with a full set inside: VP9 table, B2S backglass and frontend preview images
The table is a mod of Lord Hiryu's Playboy (Bally 1978) ver 1.0 released on 07-07-2011
The backglass is a mod of Herweh B2S backglass released on 27-02-2013
Lord Hiryu, says  in his posts that all the table he made are free to mod,
Herweh doesen't specify his permission, i tried to send a message but had no answer
So i decide to upload anyway... i hope no one will get angry...

    MY WORK
I simply extracted background, playfield and plastics images and "undressed" girls before reimport
    hope you'll enjoy

  3. Big Buck Hunter Pro (Stern 2010)

Physmod 5 and standard VP files uploaded. Again, I adjusted everything for physmod so it plays best but I did a basic conversion down to VP 9.9 for those not on physmod yet.
Thanks to ASOT for the table redraw and plastic resources.
Thanks to GTXJOE for the Buck scripting as well as the rubber sound scripting.
Thanks to kanario40 for the pics of the plastics and PF.
Thanks to DARK for the buck model and help with the 3D ramp
Thanks to my testers for helping to find bugs in the table. Hopefully we've found them all and I've got them all fixed.
***Everyone just needs to know right now that the buck is not 100% and I doubt it will be 100% at any point unless the true rom script can be figured out. Had some of the best minds on that and what I have on it now is the best we could come up with. It's good enough for me as it allows you to play the table but I know some like an exact match. Also, the Elk will get confused sometimes and the Elk wont match the diverter on rare occurrences. This has to do with how the diverter is working. It refreshes itself when it happens so just keep playing on and all will be well.
    *** 10-2 Update ***
    - Replaced the Elk model with an actual elk. Thanks to Dark for mapping the model for me.
    - replaced the script for the Elk to make it smoother. Thanks to GTXJOE for the suggestion to mirror the flipper logo routine
    - Updated wall5 to have no friction as requested in the comments section (thanks to Dozer for advising on it first)
    - adjusted the physics in physmod5. Just didn't feel right so I tweaked a few things
    - removed the "spin" from the bird target on the physmod version. This should make that shot more friendly. It shouldn't drain as often now when you hit it.
    - added BMPR lite routine for VP 9.9 version. Also tweaked several other items in this version. Ya'll are way to nice. I broke down and played this version a bit and I didn't like the game play at all. Way to fast, and bad ball movement. I think this version plays much more like a mid 2000 Stern.
    - adjusted flipper bounce on physmod5 version. I had the value as 1 and it should have been .1 for the coil return. While in there I adjusted a few more things so you can now do bounce passes. Thanks crazypin for point that out.
    - Walls added to flipper entrances to make for a smoother ball roll coming out of the inlanes.
    - several other small tweaks done as well

  5. Hot Line Williams 1966

Hot Line came out in July of 1966 the summer between my Sophomore and Junior years in College. Hot Line was Designed by Steve Kordek and Williams produced 3,600 units.. I probably spent more time in the pinball parlor that year than any other. This game was a challenge to play, but the early dot matrix of letters done in lighted buttons was something very new and intriguing to say the least. This machine ate a lot of my change that year. Hot Line was made at the beginning of the transition from 5 Ball to 3 Ball games, but it is really a 5 Ball game with a 3 Ball mode. So while I've provided the ability to switch between 3 and 5 ball mode, I suggest playing it in 5 Ball mode to understand what it was like to play Hot Line in 1966 in the arcades. As with all of my games, pressing the "R" key will display the game rules and feature keys.

  6. Avatar (Stern 2010) (85vett)

I was planning on launching this Christmas morning as a present to the community but since I'm betting most of you will be out with family then I might as well make it an early present :-)
This is a recreation of Sterns Avatar. The only thing I added to this table that isn't part of the real table is the Jake animation. The DMD shows the box closing but the figure is stationary on the real machine. I made an animation to make it close when you lock a ball and to open back up when their is no longer a ball locked. Hope you all like it. This table is a drain monster out of the pops. I left it that way as that is how the real avatar was that I played. simple nudge will save it 99% of the time so that adds some skill to the table.
I hope you all enjoy this table and a special thanks goes out to Dupe3d whom play tested this table for me to try to make sure it wasn't launched with any bugs. He was even able to add the 3 bank target as a primative which I feel looks much better than having to use multiple walls. Thanks Dupe3d!
Keep in mind this is a SAM table so you will need to appropriate files located here - http://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/2480-vpinmame-25-sam-enabled-cabinet-versions/
Also keep in mind the ROMs are not hosted here. For more info on getting the ROM and installing it please see this thread - http://vpuniverse.com/forums/topic/828-stern-roms/
    *Special Instructions for Avatar ROM*
    http://vpuniverse.com/forums/topic/965-avatar-stern-2010-85vett/?p=8604
If you see any bugs let me know and I'll do my best to get them fixed.
As with my other tables, if you wish to MOD this table please let me know. I have no issues with that but I would like to check it out first to make sure it's inline with the original creation and doesn't create bugs/problems.
    **** physmod5 version uploaded
    - added primative spinners and gate
    - lighting changed to new flasher style

  7. Sharkey's Shootout (Stern 2000) (freneticamnesic) (FS)

My first release, go easy on me
    Thanks to:
gtxjoe and oooPLAYER1ooo for a lot of scripting help and overall tips for maintaining sanity
destruks old table for base script
    Dazz and arngrim for testing
Wildman for the great playfield image
    randr for the manual scan
everyone in chat for tolerating me
I think a lot of people ended up helping out (if I missed you let me know), it was tedious, there were bugs... I have played this a lot now and I feel like it's mostly bug free.
I give blanket permission to mod. However, if it's something that you feel really would make the original table better let me know, I'd like to add it and keep it uniform. There are things I hope to return to and update later, ie. primitive drop targets and rom controlled GI
Wildman updated his b2s with an image I uncovered in my research http://vpuniverse.com/forums/topic/591-sharkeys-shootoutstern-2000/
I added the DMD colors I've been using to the Tools db http://vpuniverse.com/index.php/dmd_color_codes.html/_/sharkeys-shootout-r16
One warning before anyone plays this table: you will hate Jeanette Lee very soon.
Table was mostly built in 9.2.1 but switched to 9.9.0 in the last few weeks. Probably need to play it in the newest VP.

  9. Kings of Steel (Bally)(1984)(chinzman93)(1.10)(FS)(9.16)

    Kings of Steel Bally 1984
    Original Table Design: Greg Kmiec
    Original Art: Doug Watson
This is my first from scratch build complete with redraws of plastics and playfield. This was built with various versions of 9.16 and 9.2. The GI ramps use additive BI, but the table should run on 9.15 as well.
The GI is a combination of alpha ramps for under the plastic lighting and the plastics were done using the dB2S designer.
I would like to thank all the great contributors to the community and in particular:
    Playfield and Plastics Redraw:
TAB for his great playfield scan.
Rob046 for some excellent photo resources.
Pinuck and Rob046 for help with some fonts.
    Table Build:
Luvthatapex for a great starter table and dip switch code.
UW for use of some of diverter code and some objects from his BP table.
Aaron James and Luvthatapex for playing some early versions and offering some great feedback.
Itchigo for suggesting the use of the dB2S designer for doing plastics lighting. Not it's intended purpose, but it does work.
Koadic for his plunger and controller code.
Herweh for the dB2S designer used for plastics lighting.
I apologize if I missed anyone.
Please report any issues to the support thread. I have DT version coming in a week or so depending any bug reports here.
    I hope everyone enjoys it!

  11. Fast Draw (Gottlieb) (1975) (Westworld) (FS) (dB2S)

This is a mod of JPSalas original table, now using B2SServer to display a backglass using Reels, looking like an EM table.
A big thanks to JPSalas for the table and his approval to publish the mod.
    Table informations:
The original table was enhanced to support the Nanotech Plunger, using Layback for enhanced 3D impression and all score values on the playfield was modified, to follow the scores of the original pinball machine (such as 1000 points instead of 10000 points).
    Backglass informations:
The Backglass is following the design of the original EM backglass, using 5 digit reals.
In addition to the original backglass, it includes lamps showing 100 000, 200 000...500 000 scores as overflow, per player.
The backglass also has a not original animation (the pistol shot) and some additional illuminations, such as the girl on the right side. See installation instructions about how to enable/disable this enhancements, allowing to have the original look.
    Background informations about table/backglass design:
The original pinball machine was an EM machine, not using ROM. The table author (JPSalas) has created the table using a ROM from a SS machine (Amazon Hunt) to control all the play rules and logic, as this was one very similar. To have a more real virtual pinball, I've used reels and to do that many table script modifications was required. The script detects high score display and hides them (as reels never displayed high scores), it detects blinking of player score (used in SS machines to show current player), suppress the blinking but illuminate current player lamps and so on. The table uses two controllers simultaneity, the standard VPinMame Controller for the game and rules and in parallel the B2SServer to display the backglass.
Special Thanks to Pharaoh, Flying Dutchman and Grizz for the Backglass Image
    Installation:
    -------------
    - Copy both table and backglass into your tables folder.
    - Make sure the ROM "amazonh" (from Amazon Hunt) is installed.
    - The backglass requires
    - .NET Framework 4 installed on your computer. If it is not installed, it can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com:
    Download link: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=0a391abd-25c1-4fc0-919f-b21f31ab88b7&displaylang=en
    - 'B2S.Server' version 1.0 or higher, installed and configured
    Download link: http://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=7426
    - The B2S screen settings file "ScreenRes.txt".
Download link for a configuration tool 'B2S ScreenRes Editor': http://www.vpforums.org/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=6268
    Settings:
    -------------
in the table script, look for:
    ' ****** SETTINGS ****
PistolShot=false ' true: pistol shot sound for both Eject holes, false to disable
RunAnimation=true 'true: animation on backglass on, lamp on right side on, false off
If you prefer more sounds, enable the PistolShot. If you don't like the animation and want the original backglass look, disable RunAnimation.
If you prefer background music, you can add mp3 files to your Music folder, the author the table, JPSalas, has a nice set on his web site:

  14. F-14 Tomcat (Williams)(1987)(JPSalas, Rosve, chinzman93)(2.1)(FS)(9.2+)DayMod

**** Here is the link to the NIght Version *******
    http://vpuniverse.com/forums/files/file/2553-f-14-tomcat-williams1987jpsalas-rosve-chinzman93200fs916nightmod/
This is a day version of my original F-14 mod and the version 2.00 updates. The table is much lighter than the picture makes it appear with all the flashers going off. Maybe not everyone enjoys night mods as much as me... All the GI functions are available.
This is a modification that I had started last winter and never got around to finishing until now. It is primarily cosmetic. Alpha flashers
have been added throughout the table. Upgraded plunger and fading lights routine. Scripting change for selecting controller.
I hope everyone enjoys the changes made to the table. I plan on making changes to physics in a future update that would also include
any bug fixes with this version.
Turn it up load and turn out the lights!
    I would like to thank:
JPSalas and Rosve for their great work on the previous versions and allowing the mod.
JPSalas for use of his Fading Lights routine and for flasher images.
Koadic for use of his plunger method and controller selection code.
Aaron James for giving the table a spin and offering suggestions and use of the controller selection code.
All the authors, art guys, and other contributors that make this such an enjoyable hobby.
Please feel free to let me know that you think...good, bad, or otherwise. It's my first release so
if I am doing something wrong, I would like to fix it for the future.
Note: This modification was built with VP 9.16 rev 652 and also played with the latest beta.
I am not aware of anything that would prevent this from using 9.15. However, the flashers do use
Additive BI and maybe a bit strong without it. I would recommend 9.16 or better with this, but
feel free to give it a try with 9.15.
    Updated to version 2.00!!
    Version 2.00
Add B2B scripting. Thanks to Koadic for the help.
    Night modded.

  17. Solar Ride (Gottlieb) (1979) (Westworld) (dB2S) (FS)

This is a mod of Lord Hiryu original table, now using B2SServer to display a backglass using Reels, looking like an EM table.
A big thanks to Lord Hiryu for the table and his approval to publish the mod. A big thanks to Grizz for the backglass image
    Table informations:
The original table was enhanced to support the Nanotech Plunger, using Layback for enhanced 3D impression.
    Background informations about table/backglass design:
The Backglass is following the design of the original SS backglass, using 6 digit LEDs.
The pinball machine was available as EM and SS version, the virtual table emulates the SS version, but is not using a ROM.

  18. Gridiron (Gottlieb 1977)

Gridiron was a two player version of Gottlieb's "Pro Football."  Pinuck wrote the original b2s exe table and I updated the table to directb2s and DOF.  There is a FreePlay variable in the script that can be changed to "False" if you want to make the table require coin up.
Thanks to Loserman76 for his help in making the table.
Thanks to Xenonph for his hours of testing to make sure that I didn't bugger up the code.
Thanks to Pinuck for making such a great table in the first place and giving me the green light to update it.

  19. Rollergames (Williams)(1990)(1.4 PhysMod5 FS FOM)(Requlem DJRobX)

This is a mod of Requlem's excellent RollerGames VP table. It improves the sound, adds some modern flasher objects, and has been changed to work with PhysMod5.
I've also included a directb2s that is a mod of Wiggly's "Obscure Brands" version. His version had significantly cleaned up graphics around the DMD. This updates it to support 3rd-monitor DMDs.
Thanks to both Wiggly and Requlem for giving me permission to mod and their original work!

  20. World Cup Soccer (Bally)(1994)(Bmiki75 Koadic Bodydump Bent98)(1.2)(FS MOD).

This is a mod of Bmiki75's World Cup Soccer table. About a year and a half ago, I did a redraw of WCS for a future pinball version that never materialized. Bent98 then got permission from Bmiki75 to mod his VP table. I changed out the PF and apron and redrew some decals and then forgot about it. Then Bent98 got the ball rolling again by getting in touch with Koadic and we all got motivated. Koadic adjusted the table to accurate aspect and added the primitive soccer ball. Every time we fixed one thing it made 3 other things look worse. Eventually almost everything got updated. Koadic changed all the pegs, rubbers, wireforms, flasher domes and goalie to primitives. Flashers were all redone, sounds were swapped and added. Decals and ramp edges were redrawn. GI was added (not the most exciting GI - only flashes with tilt warning and goes out with tilt).
    Special thanks to:
    Bmiki75 for the original table
    Bent98 for being project manager
Koadic for all his coding genius and primitive blinging and putting up with my dumb questions
JimmyFingers for sounds, sound routines, refresh routine and also putting up with my dumb questions
UncleWilly + JPSalas for being my table building inspirations
Kiwi for the redrawn "trap" decal and for play testing
Arngrim for DOF and play testing
Koadic also added a great F6 menu where you can change backglass server, B2S settings, soccer ball color and pattern, goalie speed, mechanical sounds off for feedback, etc.
    Requires VP 9.20

Pinuck for high score postit code
Dick Kanold for providing me with the real Shangri-La that's in a million pieces in my garage waiting to be rebuilt
    Best used with VP 9.16
Will work in version 9.15 but primitive flippers may cause graphics corruptions
This table requires the Shangri-La FS directB2s and will not work without it.
